Examination & Attendance Guidelines
- Regularity in all tests and examinations is essential for students. It is mandatory for every student to appear for all examinations.
- If a student is absent due to medical reasons, a written application along with a Medical Certificate must be submitted on the same day.
- No student is allowed to go home after a test, and no half-day leave is permitted for any reason.
- No leave will be permitted on the day prior to a test under any circumstances. Marks will be deducted for such absentees.
- A minimum attendance of 75% is required for a child to be eligible to appear in the Final Examination.
- The corrected answer sheets of each Weekly Test or Mid-term Examination will be sent to you within two weeks after the test/examination. Parents must sign and return them to the subject teacher. If you do not receive the test papers, please contact the subject teacher immediately.
- Using unfair means or cheating during any examination will result in cancellation of the paper and a zero in that particular subject.
- The report card of your ward must be returned to the class teacher, duly signed, within two days of receiving it.
